Transpek Finance has received an approval for the sale / transfer / disposal of equity investments held by the Company in the share capital of Universal Ester, an associate Company which has been in line with the approval already received by the Company from its the Members through Postal Ballot process pursuant to applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The board of company at its meeting held on December 02, 2014 has approved for the same.
