SRK Industries has obtained/ entered into letter of intent (LoI) for redevelopment of housing society in western suburbs of Mumbai, subject to approval of appropriate authorities. This is in furtherance of achieving its objective of venturing into the business activities of real estate, redevelopment etc.
SRK Industries trades in textile fabrics in India. It is also involved in software development and real estate investment activities. The company was formerly known as Associated Textile Rubber Products.
