Jet Airways flies high on deploying wide body Airbus A330 planes

Jet Airways (India) is currently trading at Rs. 413.10, up by 8.95 points or 2.21% from its previous closing of Rs. 404.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 411.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 419.60 and Rs. 406.95 respectively. So far 301858 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 458.00 on 11-Dec-2014 and a 52 week low of Rs. 203.50 on 26-Sep-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 451.35 and Rs. 368.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4733.03 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.00% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 9.05% and 39.95% respectively.

Jet Airways has deployed its wide body Airbus A330 planes which will be flown on Delhi-Bangalore and Delhi Chennai sectors. Moreover, the company has added 12 daily domestic flights in its winter schedule effective from December 23 on Chennai-Kochi, Mumbai-Kolkata and Mumbai-Goa routes. Further, the company will also fly an additional flight on Delhi-Udaipur route.

Jet Airways currently operates a fleet of 113 aircraft, which include 10 Boeing 777-300 ER aircraft, 8 Airbus A330-200 aircraft, 4 Airbus A330-300 aircraft, 72 next generations Boeing 737-700/800/900/900 ER aircraft and 15 ATR 72-500 and 3 ATR72-600.
