IL&FS Transportation Networks’ four laning of Warora Chandrapur Ballarpur Bamni Road Project in the State of Maharashtra which was awarded to the consortium of Vishwaraj Infrastructure, Diva Media and the company has commenced Commercial Operations from December 26, 2014.
The Project is on toll basis with a concession period of 30 years (including 3 years of construction period). The company has equity stake of 35% in the Project.
IL&FS Transportation Networks has been involved in the development, operation and maintenance of national and state highways, roads (including urban roads), flyovers and bridges in Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Kerala, Jharkhand and Rajasthan.
