Tree House Education & Accessories has concluded the deal and the deed of conveyance has been executed by the company for a total consideration of Rs 17.10 crore. The company has concluded the deal and deed of conveyance regarding monetization of school land in Vadodara.
The company had earlier in September this year had received an approval and executed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for sale of its land and building located at Vadodara in state of Gujarat.
Tree House commenced the business of providing educational services to K-12 schools in 2008 4nd currently has a portfolio of 24 large format K-12 schools apart from over 500 pre-schools across the country.
