CMI surges on bagging order worth Rs 12.30 crore

CMI is currently trading at Rs. 93.50, up by 1.60 points or 1.74% from its previous closing of Rs. 91.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 91.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 96.00 and Rs. 90.70 respectively. So far 47540 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 96.00 on 05-Jan-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 8.33 on 06-Jan-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 96.00 and Rs. 65.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 98.71 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 46.45% while Non-Institutions held 53.55% stake in the company.

CMI has received order from Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL), a Government of India Enterprise, Kochi Refinery for supply of Signal Cable vide order dated January 03, 2015 for Rs 12.30 crore plus Excise Duty and CST etc.

CMI diversified its activities by setting up facilities for the manufacture of Dry Core Telecommunication Cables.
