Tata Power, India's largest integrated power company, has added 131,911 consumers in 12 months reaching more than 5.5 lakh consumers. The Company, currently one of the fastest growing power utility in the city of Mumbai, has steadily been adding consumers across categories due to its diligent customer service and lowest tariff offering to consumers below 300 units.
Currently, Tata Power’s consumers below 300 units account for almost 70% per cent of the Company’s total consumer base. The Company is also undertaking steady network expansion within the city and till date has been successful in adding 702 Kms of cable network in 2014.
