Financial Technologies surges on getting nod for sale of BAL

Financial Technologies (India) is currently trading at Rs. 208.00, up by 2.80 points or 1.36% from its previous closing of Rs. 205.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 207.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 210.05 and Rs. 206.40 respectively. So far 64608 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 403.60 on 10-Mar-2014 and a 52 week low of Rs. 135.75 on 22-Oct-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 218.60 and Rs. 201.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 957.28 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 45.63% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 18.15% and 36.22% respectively.

Financial Technologies (India) (FTIL) has received an approval for sale of Bourse Africa (BAL), Mauritius. The board of directors at their meeting held on January 06, 2015 has approved the postal ballot notice for obtaining shareholders’ approval for sale of BAL, by FT Group Investments. The entire process of postal ballot is expected to be completed by end of February, 2015.
