Vascon Engineers gains on incorporating subsidiary company in Qatar

Vascon Engineers is currently trading at Rs. 24.65, up by 0.30 points or 1.23% from its previous closing of Rs. 24.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 24.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 24.90 and Rs. 24.30 respectively. So far 3,365 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 34.95 on 03-Jul-2014 and a 52 week low of Rs. 13.50 on 19-Feb-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 24.90 and Rs. 23.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 222.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 38.67% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 2.90% and 58.44% respectively.

Vascon Engineers has received board’s approval for formation of a subsidiary company in Qatar for execution of EPC projects in that country.

Vascon Engineers has significant experience in providing EPC services, which include, constructing factories, hospitals, hospitality properties, office and residential complexes, shopping malls, multiplexes, IT parks and other buildings.
