NK Industries has informed that the Company has appointed Monica M. Surjani as a Company Secretary and Compliance officer w.e.f. January 01, 2015, on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company and as authorised by the Board of Directors. Further, the Board of Directors will take note of the said appointment in the Board Meeting of the Company which is scheduled to be held in the next month. Hence, the Company will submit all the compliances with respect to such appointment under the listing agreement after the Board Meeting.
