BEML, a Public Sector undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, has rolled out 750th Metro Car manufactured for Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) for its RS-9 Project. The company is pursuing to increase the quantum of business in the Defence Sector, to encash the emerging opportunities for its business in Rail & Metro segment and in high-end Mining Equipment.
BEML, the brand name over a period of five decades, known for its huge Mining & Construction Equipment like Dozers, Excavators, Draglines, Rope Shovels, Pipe Layers etc., has not only maintaining major share in the domestic market, but also has sizeable presence in overseas markets.
