Ashoka Buildcon’s SPV concludes refinancing of its debt amounting Rs 324 crore

Ashoka Buildcon’s one of project SPV - Ashoka Highways (Bhandara) has completed refinancing of its debt of Rs 324 crore with ICICI Bank. After refinancing the interest cost has been reduced to 11.50% per annum resulting in a saving of 1.50% per annum and extension of repayment period.

Ashoka Highways (Bhandara) executes the project to carry on the business of construction, operation, maintenance of Chhattisgarh/Maharashtra Border Wainganga Bridge Section from KM 405.000 to KM 485.000 of NH -6 in the State of Maharashtra under NHDP Phase IIIA on Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) basis.

Ashoka Buildcon builds and operates roads and bridges in India on a build, operate and transfer (BOT) basis. It currently operates one of the highest numbers of toll-based BOT projects in India.
