Simmonds Marshall gets nod to invest upto Rs 4 crore in a partnership firm

Simmonds Marshall has received an approval whereby it will make an investment of upto Rs 4.0 crore in a partnership firm at Chennai engaged in manufacturing and supplying of all kinds of fasteners including studs, boils, nuts, heater plugs and other engineering products. The company's board at its meeting held on January 30, 2012 has approved for the same.

Simmonds Marshall manufactures a range of Specialized Nylon Insert Self Locking Nuts and other Special Fasteners. It caters to the automotive and industrial sectors and supplies to almost all the major Automobile Manufacturers in India as OE suppliers. Furthermore, General Motors, Fiat, Honda, Caterpillar, Suzuki, Leyland, Dana, New Holland are some of the world's finest companies that source their requirements from it.
