Delta Corp declines on reporting consolidated net loss of Rs 42.66 lakh in Q3

Delta Corp is currently trading at Rs. 92.45, down by 0.90 points or 0.96% from its previous closing of Rs. 93.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 93.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 93.65 and Rs. 91.85 respectively. So far 114190 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 112.45 on 23-May-2014 and a 52 week low of Rs. 77.30 on 11-Jul-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 101.90 and Rs. 90.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2128.80 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 41.03% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.16% and 44.81% respectively.

Delta Corp has reported a fall of 82.89% in its net profit at Rs 5.59 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 32.67 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has decreased 23.45% at Rs 50.63 crore for Q3FY15 as compared Rs 66.14 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the group has reported a net loss after taxes and Minority Interest of Rs 42.66 lakh for the quarter as compared to net loss of Rs 19.68 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has decreased by 8.93% at Rs 83.57 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 91.76 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2013.
