TTML gains on plan to raise up to Rs 2,500 crore through Private Placement

TTML is currently trading at Rs. 9.39, up by 0.13 points or 1.40% from its previous closing of Rs. 9.26 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 9.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 9.50 and Rs. 9.10 respectively. So far 2,11,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 14.05 on 07-Jul-2014 and a 52 week low of Rs. 6.80 on 17-Feb-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 9.89 and Rs. 9.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1,835.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.90% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.20% and 23.90% respectively.

Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) (TTML) has received an approval to raise funds up to an amount of Rs 2,500 crore by issue of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), in one or more tranches, by way of Private Placement, subject to the approval of shareholders of the company. The board of directors at their meeting held on January 29, 2015 has approved for the same.
