Omkar Speciality Chemicals has received an in-principle approval for formation of an overseas wholly owned subsidiary company, with warehouse facility, for catering overseas markets and embark upon the growing exports. The board of directors at their meeting held on February 02, 2015 have approved for the same.
Further, it has been decided to prepare a detailed feasibility report in this regard, to be submitted to the board for its approval. The company will take the necessary steps in this regards, in the immediate future.
Omkar Speciality Chemicals is mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of speciality chemicals viz., selenium compounds, iodine compounds, molybdenum compounds etc. and pharma intermediates viz., Potassium Iodate, Bismuth Ammonium Citrate, Bromoform etc.
