Tata Power’s TTPS wins two awards at INSSAN

Tata Power, India’s largest integrated power company’s Trombay Thermal Power Station (TTPS) has been conferred with two Awards at the 25th National Convention of the Indian National Suggestion Scheme Association (INSSAN), held in Mumbai.

Tata Power’s TTPS was awarded the second prize for ‘Installation of silt curtain at CWPH jetty’ and the third prize for its ‘Soot blowing recovery system’. The theme of the summit was ‘Involve, Interact, Innovate’. In addition to Tata Power, a total of 140 companies from various industries registered their entries for the national convention.

Tata Power is India’s largest integrated power company with a significant international presence. The Company has an installed generation capacity of 8885 MW in India and a presence in all the segments of the power sector viz. Generation (thermal, hydro, solar and wind), Transmission, Distribution and Trading.
