Mira International has received an approval for the proposed amalgamation of Genesis Footwear Enterprises with itself. The board of directors at their meeting held on February 03, 2015 has considered and approved for the same.
The board of directors of the company will further meet to consider and approve the Share Exchange Ratio, Draft Scheme etc. and other connected matter.
Mira International focused on supplying high quality leather and leather products to the overseas markets and gradually became one of the largest exporters of finished leather in the country.
