Sabero Organics Gujarat’s (SOGL) promoter Sabita Hero Chuganee has sold 86,192 shares of the company to Coromandel International.
Earlier on May 30, 2011, the company’s promoters as listed in Table 1 executed an agreement with Coromandel International, a part of the Murugappa Group for the sale of 14,298,112 equity shares of Rs 10 each representing 42.22% of the paid-up capital of the SOGL.
Sabero Organics is an established player in the agrochemical industry which manufactures and sells a variety of specialty chemicals and crop protection products. It has a diversified product portfolio for insecticides, herbicides, fungicides and specialty chemicals.
