Steel Strips Wheels has reported 1.40% growth in January sales. The company has achieved sales of 8.67 lakh steel wheel rims during the month of January, 2012 as against 8.55 lakh steel wheel rims during the month of January, 2011. The company has also achieved highest sale of truck wheel rims in a single month.
Further, the company has achieved the export sales of 68,480 wheel rims during the month of January, 2012 as against 87,779 wheel rims during the month of January, 2011.
The company is a part of the Steel Strips Group, headquartered in Chandigarh. It is engaged in the manufacturing of single piece steel wheel rims in the range of 10 to 30 inches for scooters, passenger cars, utility vehicles and tractors.
