Way Finders Brands (WFBL) has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Bata India with effect from February 10, 2015. The entire share capital of Rs 10 lakh of WFBL is held by the company and its nominees. The board of directors at their meeting held on February 11, 2015 have approved for the same.
Bata India is the largest retailer and leading manufacturer of footwear in India and is a part of the Bata Shoe Organization. The company manufactures footwear for men, women and children. The company manufactures shoes of various quality such as leather, rubber, canvas and PVC shoes.
