Godrej Properties moves up on tying up with Snapdeal

Godrej Properties is currently trading at Rs. 305.10, up by 0.35 points or 0.11% from its previous closing of Rs. 304.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 305.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 307.00 and Rs. 297.25 respectively. So far 21620 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 309.00 on 19-Feb-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 155.00 on 20-Feb-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 309.00 and Rs. 294.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 6098.08 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.92% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 11.47% and 13.61% respectively.

Godrej Properties (GPL), the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, has entered into partnership with Snapdeal.com, India’s largest online marketplace through which it will offer online booking of its real estate projects.

GPL already offers customers the ability to book properties online through its own website and has added this additional sales channel to further enhance customer access. This new tie up offers customers increased flexibility and unique offers at the time of booking.
