Brigade Enterprises surges on plan to launch World Trade Center at Kochi

Brigade Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 163.40, up by 3.40 points or 2.13% from its previous closing of Rs. 160.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 159.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 171.90 and Rs. 158.50 respectively. So far 82212 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B ' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 179.60 on 02-Feb-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 51.30 on 24-Feb-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 171.90 and Rs. 157.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1860.27 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 57.46%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 7.61% and 34.92% respectively.

Brigade Enterprises is planning to launch the World Trade Center at Kochi at the Infopark campus in Kakkanad. This will be the company’s second World Trade Center development after the first one at Bangalore. The company also has licenses for developing World Trade Centers in Chennai, Trivandrum and Hyderabad as well.
