Acrysil has received an approval for incorporation of step-down subsidiary in China through its Hong Kong subsidiary ‘Acrysil International’. The board of directors at their meeting held on February 25, 2015 has approved for the same.
The board also gave approval for fund raising programme up to Rs 60 crore through various means and authorized Chairman & Managing Director of the company, to explore the proposition further.
Further, the board also approved further investment in wholly owned subsidiary of UK.
