The company has appointed K. R. Rajput, who is currently designated as company secretary, as the company secretary of the company with effect from April 01, 2012. K. R. Rajput, shall be the compliance officer who shall ensure compliance with the various clauses of the listing agreement, SEBI guidelines and/or any other statutory regulations as may be applicable with effect from April 01, 2012.
