Sunstar Realty Development has entered into an agreement to acquire plot of land measuring 5 Cottah i.e. 3,600 square feet in Kolkata. The company has taken this step in order to gear up the pace of its business.
The land measuring 3,600 square feet is situated at Mouza-Bhatenda, Rajarhat. The total consideration for the said land is Rs 50 lakh and company proposed to construct residential & commercial units on the same.
