CES has received an approval for investments in equity shares of Skasthra IT Solutions - a company Incorporated under Companies Act 2013 having its registered office at Hyderabad, Telangana. The board of directors at their meeting held on February 13, 2015 has approved for the same.
The board has also approved for investments in equity shares of SK Global LLC (USA based LLC) - an Illinois Corporation having its principal office at Bolingbrook, Illinois, USA.
Further, the company has proposed to invest directly in Skashthra IT Solutions and investment in S K Global LLC through its subsidiary company in USA, i.e. CES USA Inc.
