Span Diagnostics transfers In-vitro Diagnostics business to Arkray Healthcare

Span Diagnostics has transferred its business undertaking to Arkray Healthcare with effect from March 05, 2015. The company had earlier on January 24, 2014 entered into Business Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Arkray Healthcare for transfer of its In-vitro Diagnostics business to Arkra Healthcare.

Further, Span Biotronics has ceased to be a subsidiary of Span Diagnostics pursuant to the transfer of shares from Span Diagnostics to Arkray Healthcare with effect from March 05, 2015.

Span Diagnostics caters to several different sections of diagnostics like Immunology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Serology, Histopathology and instrumentation. The company’s manufacturing capabilities comprise of advanced infrastructure, highly trained and motivated pool of scientific and technical personnel and years of experience.
