Suryalakshmi Cotton Mills gain on re-storing production operations at denim division

Suryalakshmi Cotton Mills is currently trading at Rs. 92.90, up by 0.65 points or 0.70% from its previous closing of Rs. 92.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 92.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 94.00 and Rs. 91.00 respectively. So far 11084 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 155.00 on 11-Sep-2014 and a 52 week low of Rs. 39.10 on 05-Mar-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 95.80 and Rs. 91.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 153.39 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 55.94 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.42 % and 43.64 % respectively.

Suryalakshmi Cotton Mills has restored production operations at Denim division which is located near Ramtek, Nagpur District in state of Maharashtra, from March 09, 2015 consequent on the resolution of the labour disputes. Earlier, the company had suspended its production operations at Denim division due to labour unrest.
