Sunstar Realty Development has entered into another agreement to acquire plot of land measuring 5 Cottah i.e. 3,600 square feet in Kolkata. The company has taken this step in order to keep the pace of its business going.
The land measuring 3,600 square feet is situated at Mouza-Bhatenda, Rajarhat. The total consideration for the said land is Rs 50 lakh and company proposed to construct residential & commercial units on the same.
