Engineers India has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 18, 2015, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs 3 per share (on the face value of Rs 5 each) of the Company for the financial year 2014-15.The Interim Dividend for the financial year 2014-15 on the equity shares of the Company shall be payable on and from March 26, 2015. The Dividend warrants would be posted on or after March 26, 2015 and within 30 days from the date of declaration of dividend as provided in the Companies Act, 2013.
