Pincon Spirit has received an approval for acquisition of a Semi Automatic Plant in West Bengal for the purpose of strategic expansion of the company. The board of directors at their meeting held on March 19, 2015 has approved for the same.

Further, the Executive Directors of the company has been authorized to negotiate on the terms and condition for the said acquisition.

Pincon Spirit is engaged in the business of Blending, Bottling and Wholesale Distribution of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) Products viz. Rum, Whisky, Vodka, Brandy and Beer (alcoholic beverage).
