India Nippon Electricals has informed that S Sampath, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company will continue to be designated as Chief Financial Officer of the Company in terms of Section 203 of the Companies Act 2013 read with Rule 8 of the Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules 2014 thereunder. The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on March 23, 2015, passed a resolution approving this.
