Span Diagnostics has in principle agreed to disinvest its 45% stake held in Joint Venture Company namely Span Nihon Kohden Diagnostics to Nihon Khoden Corporation, Japan or to any of its subsidiary, subject to obtaining necessary approval from FIPB and completion of required regulatory formalities.
Span Diagnostics caters to several different sections of diagnostics like Immunology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Serology, Histopathology and instrumentation. The company’s manufacturing capabilities comprise of advanced infrastructure, highly trained and motivated pool of scientific and technical personnel and years of experience.
