Satish Bagrodia as advisor of the Company. Further, the Company has informed that in terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act 2013 read with Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company has fixed April 03, 2015, as cut-off date to record the entitlement of Members to cast their votes electronically (e-voting) for aforesaid businesses to be transacted at the ensuing EOGM.
