Further, the Company has informed that an urgent meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company had been held on March 28, 2015, inter alia, has consider and approve the composite Debt restructuring sanctioned by the CDR Empowered Group vide their letter dated March 23, 2015 received by company on March 26, 2015.
