Abhik Advertising has sold 2.46 lakh shares of Looks Health Services through the open market route. The shares were sold on an average price of Rs 47.10 valuing the transaction to Rs 1.16 crore.
Looks Cosmetic Clinic, which is a venture of Looks Health Services, is India’s first ever clinic with the pioneering concept of a single clinic equipped for both surgical and non-surgical cosmetic and aesthetic treatments. This clinic is started as a Cosmetic clinic by Dr Nishita Sheth, 8 year back and has now become a chain of cosmetic clinics across Mumbai and Goa.
