Gokaldas Exports has entered into a share sale agreement with Silver Spark Apparel, Robot Systems and Gautam Chakravarti towards sale of entire shareholding in Robot Systems to Silver Spark Apparel.

The said transaction will be subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in the agreements entered into by the companies.

Gokaldas Exports, incorporated in 1995, is the largest exporter of garments in India. The company manufactures blazers and pants (formal and casuals), shorts, shirts, blouses, denim wear, swim wear, active and sportswear. The company has received ISO 9001:2000 certification for its quality management.
