Gujarat Industries Power Company (GIPCL) has synchronized SLPP Phase - I Unit no 1 (125 MW). A new Generator Stator has been procured from BHEL at ex-works price of Rs 15.65 crore. After receipt of the stator at GIPCL, SLPP site on March 24, 2015, and completion of re-erection work, the machine has been successfully synchronized with the grid on April 03, 2015, and has started pumping the power to the grid.
