Credit rating agency, CARE has revised rating of Bharat Hotels’ long term bank facilities to ‘BBB-’ from ‘BBB+’. The rating agency has also revised rating of the company’s short term bank facilities to ‘A3’ from ‘A3+’. Further, the rating agency has revised rating of the company’s Non Convertible Debentures (NCDs) to ‘BBB-’ from ‘BBB+’.
The company operates under the brand name, Lalit, at Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Udaipur, Goa, Khajurao, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Kolkata and Srinagar and a spa-cumresort located at Bekal (Kerela).
