Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have increased their shareholding in BEML in Q4FY15 by 270 basis points to 6.74 percent at the end of March 2015 quarter from 4.04 percent as on December 31, 2014. On the other hand, domestic institutional investors (DIIs) shareholding decreased by 390 basis points to 20.07 percent at the end of March 2015 quarter from 23.97 percent as on December 31, 2014.
Meanwhile, non institutions held 19.16 percent stake in the company at the end of March 2015 quarter, up 120 basis points from 17.96 percent as on December 31, 2014. Further, corporate bodies were having 7.48 percent stake at the end of March 2015 quarter, up 159 basis points from 5.89 percent as on December 31, 2014.
