GVK Power & Infrastructure’s - step down subsidiary - 330MW (4x82.50MW) Alaknanda Hydro Power Company, has successfully synchronized its first unit of 82.50 MW with the grid on April 10, 2015 and is generating at full load.
The synchronization of second and third units with the grid is expected during this month and the last unit (fourth) is likely to be commissioned by next month.
GVK Power & Infrastructure is engaged in infrastructure development in areas of power, airports and roads.
