Apollo Tyres has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company would consider Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 alongwith Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015 and recommendation for payment of dividend in the meeting scheduled for May 12, 2015.In this connection, as per the Company’s Code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors/officers/designated employees of the Company from April 20, 2015 to May 13, 2015 (both days inclusive).
