JK Paper has informed that the Scheme of Arrangement between JK Enviro-tech Ltd and JK Paper Ltd and their respective Shareholders and Creditors (the Scheme) became effective with effect from April 10, 2015 (Effective Date) consequent upon the filing of the Certified Copies of the Order of Honorable High Court of Gujarat with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on April 10, 2015 and became operative with effect from the Appointed Date i.e., April 01, 2013 as per the Scheme.
