Bajaj Auto, the second-largest motorcycle manufacturer has expanded its Pulsar range of bikes in the country with the launch of two new models AS 150 and AS 200, priced at Rs 79,000 and Rs 91,550 (ex-showroom Delhi). The new Adventure Sport series shares most of its design elements with Bajaj’s popular bike Pulsar 200NS including the engine, which has been mated to the AS200. This is the third consecutive launch for Bajaj Auto this year and with this the company has added five new bikes to its line up in 2015.
Coming to the bikes itself, both the Adventure Sport variants will come with projector headlamps that will be offered as standard in both AS 150 and AS 200, which is for the first time in the segment. The bikes also come with Pulsar's signature perimeter frame with a nitrox mono suspension that offers sharper handing with better stability and control at high speed. Also the bikes have the longest wheelbase in the segment at 1636mm.
