Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have raised shareholding in Kotak Mahindra Bank in Q4FY15 by 159 basis points to 36.85 percent at the end of March 2015 quarter from 35.26 percent as on December 31, 2014.
On the other hand, domestic institutional investors’ (DIIs) shareholding decreased by 17 basis points to 1.86 percent at the end of March 2015 quarter from 2.03 percent as on December 31, 2014. Meanwhile, non institutions were having 21.14 percent stake at the end of March 2015 quarter, down 138 basis points from 22.52 percent as on December 31, 2014.
Further Corporate bodies were holding 3.3 percent stake in the bank at the end of March 2015 quarter, down 32 basis points from 3.62 percent as on December 31, 2014.
