Pentamedia Graphics has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on February 10, 2012 had considered and approved the appointment of Krish Narayanan as director and CEO of the company for a period of three years with effect from February 01, 2012.
The company has also approved re-designation of V. Chandrasekaran as chairman from the existing designation of Chairman & CEO of the company with effect from February 01, 2012.
