IMP Powers has subscribed 25,500 equity shares of Rs 10 each at par constituting 51% of the subscribed equity share capital of IMP Energy. Pursuant to this, IMP Energy has become a subsidiary company of IMP Powers. IMP Energy was incorporated on February 03, 2012.
IMP Powers has two very well established state of art manufacturing facility at Mumbai and Silvassa manufacturing entire range of power and distribution transformers, electrical and digital measuring instruments, testing equipments and test benches and has got wide experience in this field.
