Cords Cable Industries has informed that in pursuance of the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) dated April 11, 2015, executed by Devender Kumar Prashar and his family members with Naveen Sawhney with the Company as a confirming party, Devender Kumar Prashar, Joint Managing Director of the Company has decided to leave the Company with immediate effect i.e. with effect from April 21, 2015 and accordingly submitted his resignation to the Company.
