Jetking Infotrain has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on February 10, 2012, have approved re-appointment of Suresh G. Bharwani, as managing director of the company and Nandu G. Bharwani as joint managing director of the company for a period of three years from February 25, 2012 to February 24, 2015 on the same terms and conditions as applicable to the current term including remuneration.
The above re-appointment is subject to the approval of shareholders at ensuing annual general meeting.
